WHO WE ARE
The Center for Cultural Community builds and cultivates support for creative people.
We open avenues for assistance, provide access to knowledge, and foster opportunities for connection.
We believe that artistic work is valuable - to our society and to the individual.
We believe that artistic work is worthy of the dedication of one's time, one's resources, and one's life.
We believe artistic workers are essential to a community.
In addition to programs that will forge and deepen connections,
we plan to initially provide direct assistance to creative workers in these areas -
legal advising, financial counseling, and health care coverage assistance.
Our hope is to grow in ways that will strengthen our community,
both our creative community and our community at large.
Communities and their creative people need help, need connection, need champions.
We want to hear what else they need and what else they do already.
If you are an independent creative professional, please let us know if we can be of assistance to you.
And to our entire community, we encourage you to send us a message to see how you can get involved.
The Center for Cultural Community is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit.
